The Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new client acquisition. You will identify and pursue opportunities across key sectors such as retail, heritage, manufacturing, property, and construction. This is a role for someone with a solid understanding of agency services and a proven record of generating and converting leads.

Duties:

Researching and identifying high-value business opportunities
Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Engaging and nurturing prospective clients
Leading on outreach and pitch meetings
Developing strategies to support long-term business growth
Reporting regularly to senior management
Representing the agency at industry events and within the Sheffield City Region
What We’re Looking For

Location & Flexibility
The role is based near the city centre of Sheffield ( Free car parking ) Hybrid working is supported, but the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.
